In an effort to make it easier for you to keep track of your packages and receipts, you can now access this information online, here’s how!
Step 1: Go to https://secure.ontime360.com/sites/ThunderbirdExpress/
Step 2: On the “Email/Account ID” field, type in your email or your account number if you have it. Use the temporary password orbi
Step 3: Click on “Edit Profile”.
Step 4: Click on “Change Your Password”
Step 5: Type in the old and new passwords and click “Change Password”
Step 6: Done. Now you can login with your new password!
