How to View Tracking Details, Shipping Labels and Signatures

Step 1: Login to the web portal at https://secure.ontime360.com/sites/ThunderbirdExpress/

Step 2: Click on “Tracking”

Step 3: Click on the tracking number you would like to work with on the left-hand side.

Step 4: At the bottom of the page, you will have options to “View Shipping Label”, “View Waybill”,

and “View Bill of Lading”. Select the option you would like.

Step 5: Save or print the files according to your needs!
